A Series of Simple Steps

Wojcicki Constructions works closely with you to reach the vision of your dream home. This occurs through five stages, with one-on-one service provided during each stage of planning and construction.

First there is an initial consultation, where the design concept, budget and site location are addressed. The second stage is the project information and cost analysis, where we require you to fill in a checklist in order for us to provide you a quote for building cost. The third stage involves signing the HIA building contract. Construction begins at the fourth stage. During this stage we introduce you to specialist tradesmen and provide regular site meetings. The final stage is for completion and quality assurance, where a final pre-inspection occurs before the official handover.

With these steps completed, we will contact you 90 days after handover to check if we can provide any further assistance with your new home.
