Leonards Hill Estate
We had a large building project consisting of a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom house and separate 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas.
This was complicated by Covid restrictions and shutdowns during part of the build.
After problems with our first builder we found everything went amazingly smoothly once we signed with wojcicki constructions Yuliya was extremely organised and had everything ordered and booked well in advance so we weren’t affected by Covid shortages. Steve and Daniel did an excellent job with the building.
They constantly informed us of progress and were very responsive to requests.
We are very happy with the quality of the finished construction.
We highly recommend Wojcicki Constructions and would certainly use them again if we ever decided to do any building work in the future.

Brandy Hot Forest Retreat (Acacia House and Clematis & Banksia Villas)
We decided to knock down our old ramshackle converted school portable house and build something our burgeoning family could grow into. We scribbled down a rough plan and met with Yuliya & Steve Wojcicki. They held our hands from the very conception all the way through a very challenging, COVID affected build.
Yuliya's professionalism in her role managing the project was second to none. Locking horns with councils and surveyors to make sure we had all the necessary permits we needed to build our dream home in the way we wanted was a job I am eternally grateful I didn't have to endure myself.
Steven's love of timber and attention to detail really captured the essence of the old house and brought it to life in the new. His craftsmanship is exemplary and his ideas were much appreciated.
We knocked down our house at the beginning of 2020, and we're not able to visit for much of the year due to COVID restrictions and living far away from the site. Steve and Yuliya communicated constantly with us so we felt assured and confident throughout the process. Our video calls with Steve every Friday afternoon were the only thing that kept us going through lockdown in a small house with two young kids.
I would highly recommend anyone in the Daylesford area to use Wojcicki for their project.

We were fortunate enough to find them while we were designing the house. Their extensive building knowledge ensured our dream house fit within our budget without sacrificing the the high quality features we were looking for. Yulia & Steve attended the design meetings with our draftsman to ensure our vision was captured in the plans.
The craftsmanship of our house is outstanding, Steve and his team did an absolutely amazing job. The attention to detail, even in areas we would never have seen, shows that Steve takes immense pride in his work. Yuliya kept us informed every step of the way, making sure we got what we wanted and keeping everything on time and on budget.
At the end of the day our home was completed early, right on budget and to a very high standard. What more could you want?
