During your initial consultation, with Steven and Yuliya, we will go over your design concept and budget. Your needs and wants are of the utmost importance so we ensure that we have a strong understanding of your vision for your dream home. A site inspection will be organised to assess the site.
If preliminary documentations required (Plans, Engineering, BAL/BMS, Soil & Energy Reports, Septic or Plumbing Report) – we help you with organising these reports prior to moving into Permit Stage. We also eliminate all headaches by obtaining all required Permits and Reports on your behalf.
Project Information Checklist will be emailed to you in order for us to gather all the required information that will allow us to prepare a cost analysis to build your home. Once all required documentation has been received by Wojcicki Constructions we will provide a Specification & Cost Analysis documents for your custom home.
A HIA Building Contract will be prepared for signing together with the specification documents. We will be on hand to interpret any building jargon and to answer any questions you might have about terms of the Contract.
During the construction process, you will be introduced to specialist tradesmen, thoughtfully selected by Wojcicki Constructions for their commitment to a successful custom home building experience. Regular site meetings and discussions with our team allow open lines of communication to ensure that you feel confident and understand the building process through each stage of the project.
A pre-final inspection will be organised two weeks prior to official handover. We will organise a full walk through of your new home and a final inspection on handover date. A Quality Assurance checklist will be completed by the builder and a copy provided to you.
We will contact you in 90 days to follow up and check if we can be of an assistance with your new home.
